Skills:• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.• Experience with WordPress and content optimization.• Proactive, accountable approach with a focus on meeting the firm's digital marketing objectives.• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with substantial experience in digital advertising and social media management.• Experience in a legal setting, particularly personal injury law, is advantageous but not essential.• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus.

Responsibilities:• Digital Advertising Strategy and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising, to drive client engagement and acquisition.• Social Media Management: Lead our social media strategy, ensuring active and engaging presence across various platforms, and aligning content with our firm's brand and client outreach goals.• Analytics and Performance Reporting: Implement robust analytics frameworks to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize reach and effectiveness.• Vendor and Technology Management: Collaborate with digital marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring seamless integration of technologies and tools, including AdWords and CRM systems, to enhance marketing efficiency.• Content Optimization: Utilize platforms like WordPress for content posting and optimization, ensuring high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
