Outreach Grid is looking for a Community Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Community Manager’s role is to oversee various Outreach Grid networks, interface with existing stakeholders, and develop relationships with new service providers to expand Outreach Grid's offerings to new agencies in existing communities.DescriptionCommunity Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing reports about homelessness in a community. Community Managers also answer client queries and identify new opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Happiness and Engineering departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.Must be local to Orange County, CA.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementForecast and track key account metricsPrepare reports on status on communitiesPrepare updates for social mediaRequirementsProven work experience as a Community Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)High proficiency in mastering new software systemsDemonstrated self-starter experienceExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree or relevant experience2 - 3 years of professional experienceBenefits

Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000, depending on experienceStarts part-time, with opportunities to transition to more hours and a full-time positionFull-time benefits include health insurance, commuter benefits, and 401K
