We have two primary divisions – AP Tinting and AP Graphics-that lead the market in their perspective areas. Our passion is branding implementation and window film; think building graphics, printed wall murals, window graphics, and window tinting. We have locations in MD, NC, FL with more coming soon.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing automotive installersBuilding a high performance team of installersImproving operational efficienciesIdentifying new products that would improve customer loyaltyProficiently installing automotive window tint on vehiclesProficiently installing paint protection film on vehiclesProblem solving and support sales with customersOverseeing day to day operationsHigh-quality and attention to detail
Requirements:
Self-directed and good with making decisionsHigh attention to detail and eye for consistencyWill maintain composure under stressAbility to communicate empathetically and professionally with clientsPassionate about the automotive film businessHave a high level of personal responsibilityAlign with these values: Be Curious, Be Fearless, Be Better, Collaborate, Care
Experience:
