We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Research Assistant to join our innovative project team. This role involves conducting audience research and creating detailed personas for a future application. The app aims to engage users by creating gamified learning tasks. This position is ideal for students who are passionate about UX research, digital media, and app development, and who wish to gain hands-on experience in applying UX principles to real-world projects.
Responsibilities:Conduct market and audience research to understand user demographics, behaviors, and preferences.Develop comprehensive personas that include age, engagement levels, financial experience, and other relevant characteristics.Collaborate with the development team to align personas with app design and functionality.Present research findings and persona outlines to project stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, insights, and adjustments to research strategies.Stay updated with the latest trends in gamification and user experience design.Requirements:
Currently enrolled as HU student, preferably IMED UXD or a related field.Strong interest in user experience, gamification, and digital media.Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Previous experience in UX research or digital product design is a plus, but not required.Benefits:
