The role: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI, you will join SAP’s newly established Business AI organization led by the Chief AI Officer. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Business AI, you will bring to market exciting innovation through innovative Product marketing for SAP Business AI across all solution areas. This includes leading launches, customer, and market research, defining the messaging and value proposition, commercialization, coordination of demos and enablement plans – in coordination with many teams across SAP. You will craft compelling narratives that map to our product disclosure to bring the best solutions for our customers with strong value propositions. You will work closely with Technical Product Management as well as Core Product Marketing across SAP's solution areas. You will also closely collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Communications, Field Marketing, Enablement and Learnings – to bring to life our launches and innovation across all Marketing channels. Experience: Track-record of successfully launching new Cloud products, incl. defining and landing value proposition, messaging and positioning. Excellent understanding of AI market trends, AI use cases and AI innovation landscape. Experience with messaging to business decision maker audience and practitioners. Experience managing projects and relationships with internal and external resources (e.g. agencies, multi-disciplinary teams, etc). Ability to understand technical concepts products and market them to a business audience Ability to articulate and present complex topics to a senior leadership audience. Creativity building strong marketing and launch plans for the AI business unit in concert with all line of business product marketing teams. Ability to execute and measure marketing tactics with stakeholders across all elements of a launch plan (e.g. communications, events, web, campaigns) and report back to senior leadership results and impact for the business. Experience with business management across a portfolio and business unit. Requirements: 7+ years of work experience; thereof 4+ years in product marketing Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); Master's/ MBA preferred. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000-216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
