Developers in the SAP ecosystem can leverage AI and Generative AI on SAP Business Technology Platform to flexibly extend their business applications with ready-to-use AI business services, a choice of Large Language Models, and their own AI models. The role: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI, you will join SAP’s newly established Business AI organization led by the Chief AI Officer. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Business AI, you will bring to market exciting innovation through innovative Product and Digital marketing for SAP Business AI across all solution areas. As a Digital & Web Strategy Lead for AI you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital strategies that guide our customers through their interactions with our Business AI solutions – in Web, Social and other Digital channels -both owned and paid. You will be responsible for designing and implementing customer journey maps that guide our customers through their interactions with our Business AI solutions. You will work closely with product marketing and corporate marketing functions to understand customer pain points, identify touchpoints, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Experience: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and web strategies to promote our Business AI solutions and develop customer journey maps to identify pain points and areas for improvement.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital and web initiatives with business goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Drive web strategy and development, ensuring that the company's website serves as an effective sales and marketing tool, providing a seamless user experience, journey and conversion optimization. Build relevant digital and web content to create a seamless and impactful customer journey Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer journey.  Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer interactions across digital channels, for key personas; optimizing customer interactions across all channels, including digital, mobile, social and digital campaign touchpoints - with a focus on web as a window to the value and use cases of our products. Analyze digital and web campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and ROI Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging and content to customer journey stages, ensuring a unified and cohesive experience. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to continuously improve the customer journey.  Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in customer experience to maintain a competitive edge.  Requirements: 10+ years of work experience; thereof 6-8 years in product marketing Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); Master's/ MBA preferred. About the team: SAP’s newly established Business AI growth area brings together product development, marketing, go-to-market, and services teams into a dedicated end-to-end unit, led by a General Manager. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141,800-323,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
