JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a creative, analytical, strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at C.W. Group. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, and execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will take an active and engaged role with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.
Digital Marketing Specialist Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing digital marketing strategiesCreation and maintenance of comprehensive digital marketing campaign scheduleContent creation including but not limited to video and photo production and editing, graphic design.E-mail campaign strategy, creation, and executionMaintaining online presence and reputation of multiple C.W. Group companies and communities across various social media platformsTracking and reporting on digital marketing performanceManagement of website content across multiple C.W. Group company websites ensuring up-to-date information is shown at all times.Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Digital Marketing SpecialistBachelor’s degree in marketing of similar field preferredStrong social media content management experienceE-mail campaign strategy, creation, and execution experienceVideo and photo production and editing experienceExperience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for BusinessKnowledge of web publishingStrong time management skillsHighly developed attention to detailSuperb verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skills
