We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead and grow our single-use ENT portfolio for the ENT and Speech Pathology areas. This person will be responsible for developing product and market strategies to build brand value, optimize sales and profitability of these product lines, in accordance with the marketing plan. You will execute on market strategies to achieve product line revenue, developing a clear positioning and pricing strategy, creating efficient training and support tools to sales team, and identifying growth segments and opportunities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Develop product and market strategies for input to marketing plan for ENT and Speech Pathology markets.Continuously monitor and report on portfolio performance including financial performance, key objective achievements, competitive landscape, and KPIs - and provide business reviews and insights to the Director of Marketing and key stakeholders as needed.Utilize and manage sales support tools targeting all key stakeholders for responsible product area.Use business intelligence skills to evaluate market trends and develop segment penetration opportunities and targets.Plan and manage new product launches.Analyze and develop optimal market positioning and pricing.Develop business cases for investment in marketing activities and new product development.Develop market communication plan for product areas to ensure product and marketing messaging throughout all communication platforms.Manage Ambu's brand positioning and ensure consistency in product design, marketing communications and tradeshows.Develop sales support tools targeting all key stake holders: Physician, Value Analysis, Purchasing etc.Collaboration with sales management to evaluate and validate effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs.Develop education and training programs for end users and salesforce.Develop KOL relationships, advisory boards, and communications with Societies and Associations to drive market immersion and engagement where necessaryConduct market research to identify new clinical and market trends as well as unmet needs etc.Evaluate product portfolio and gaps and provide input to R&D in program developmentEnsure that budget targets are being met.Travel up to 30%Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the field of medical devicesExperience in ENT/Speech and/or Head&Neck endoscopy preferred, but not requiredStrong analytical skills, ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems for business strategyExperience supporting a direct salesforceExperience in product launch and KOL managementProven ability to manage large workflow and multiple projects at one timeProven experience with design, evaluation, validation of marketing strategies and programsStrong work ethic and initiativeAnalytical and budgetary experienceAbility to manage large workflows and multiple projects at one timeEffectively build and maintain relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levelsSuccessfully brings ideas, proposals, and business cases forward for consideration and drive resolutions as neededExpertise with Microsoft office, especially Power Point and Excel
