We are seeking an experienced Creator Strategist to develop creator strategy for new business pitches across various industries. Reporting to the Associate Director of Creative Strategy, you'll support the development of creator approaches and recommendations tailored to different platforms.

Your role involves strategically identifying and recommending creators aligned with our clients' objectives/creative strategies, ensuring optimal platform fit and resonance, and finding innovative white space opportunities for brands in how they partner with creators.Here's what you'll do day-to-day:Own analyzation and identification of on-strategy creators against communities across various industries to support creative strategy pitchesSupport in the analysis and development of effective and innovative creator strategy (ie creator tier strategy, platform mix, etc)Assist in developing proposals for both new and existing business, owning the selection of on-strategy sample creators for castingCollaborate with Creative + Cultural Strategists to ensure that selected creators are brand safe and align with business objectives, community demographic, and creative execution to enhance the impact of new business pitches.Gather direct insights from creators through relationships, platform interactions, and innovative methods to inform creative strategies and creator selectionContribute to pitch deck development, ensuring optimal design and flow to effectively showcase creators' stories and impactWork closely with creative strategists to craft tailored concepts for individual creatorsWork with client services team members to ensure sample talent is reflective of market pricingExplore creative methods to actively involve creators in pitches, maximizing their contribution to our go-to-market efforts.Here's what we're looking for:5+ years of experienceMust have direct creator economy experienceYou have an OBSESSION with creators and have a deep understanding of creator strategy to be able to own tasks/projects autonomouslyConfident when pitching/presenting to clients and colleagues across all industry verticalsYou're left/right brain balanced - data-driven and creatively inspiredYou practically live online and are ever-curious about the evolving creator landscape, how brands activate, and what it meansFamiliar with the nuances and creator/casting strategies across all social platforms including, but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitch etc.You have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skillsHave a creative & curious mindset and a can-do attitudeThrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure, and legacy ways of workingBe a team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and dive inPassion for DEI advocacy in all aspects of the creator economyThe salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.Our values:
