We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist who specializes in social media and influencer marketing to help lead all our influencer campaigns. The Influencer Creative Strategist creates audience-first, compelling ideas, and content programs across popular platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, YouTube as well as emerging platforms. The candidate must be detail-oriented and should have experience managing multiple projects at the same time, owning schedules and status updates, and trafficking deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they implement and execute efficient processes and passionately level up our marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:Work closely with our creative team to develop and implement campaign ideas for influencer and creator activations across our portfolio of clients/partnersOwn content proposals for creative ideas that include industry research, goals, themes, audience insights, creative ideas, and tools to implement the concepts.Work closely with our social media team to develop ideas with real-time trend information across all social platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.Collaborate with our Influencer team to strategize around creators that elevate our partner’s brand objectives.Listen to, identify, and understand the needs and asks of Influencers/Creators with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutionsNegotiate deals and put together contractsHelp identify new social channels for Influencer contentProvide weekly updates and reports for status meetingsExecute campaigns from start to finish, from prospecting creators to content executionUpload and organize final content so all teams cross functionally can utilizeCreate new iterations on influencer content for our digital channelsRequirementsYou’re OBSESSED WITH TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms and know all the trends & what performs well on each platformStay on the cutting edge of industry trends, and prominent cultural conversations2-4+ years of experience in a creative/social media marketing role at creative agencies, or for in-house brandsA deep passion for influencer and branded contentStrong attention to detail and an eye for catching errorsYou’re a self-starter who can work well independently but you’re also a team playerStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasksAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in creating influencer briefs, and building out content calendarsKnowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitch) and stay up-to-date on emerging trends/platforms (Threads, Lemon8, BeReal etc)Highly proactive, as well as detail and solution orientedQuick-learner who takes direction and feedback wellCreative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinkerSkilled content creator who is knowledgeable on video editing software like premiere pro, after effects, and capcutProficient with social media & influencer scheduling/prospecting toolsExperience taking projects from concept through activationStrong art direction and brand strategy experienceDeep understanding of storytelling across varied social formatsVery organized, able to manage multiple projects for multiple brands simultaneouslyCollaborative, passionate, and team player with a low egoA great sense of humorBenefitsUnlimited PTOMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceProfessional development reimbursementWellness reimbursementWork with incredible people and grow in your career!
