At CourtAvenue, our visual designers create high-quality, thoughtful, and innovative digital experiences that our client's customers will love. A Designer, UI is highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled, bringing a deep understanding across visual design, user experience, user interface design, branding and even coding. We believe in prototyping early and often. Our focus is on the end-user, conducting multiple rounds of testing to validate our concepts.
Responsibilities
Stay 100% focused on making great digital productsManage multiple design products at a time, prioritizing and project managing your own workloadWork iteratively and collaborate with the team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypesBuild great relationships with all disciplines and teams throughout CourtAvenue, collaborating effectively, and enabling others to complete project goalsShare knowledge with the broader team, and actively contribute to the collective growth of the creative teamAttention to detail and care for design execution, from concept through deliveryParticipate in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimizationBe confident and action oriented enough to drive your own work, while also helping direct other visual designers when appropriateRequirements
3-5 years design experience3-5 years of agency experiencePortfolio that demonstrates results-driven, detailed, and beautiful design skills (please submit link to online portfolio)Exceptional visual design skills in the interactive realmFamiliarity working with and evolving brand guidelinesDeep understanding of interactive design systemsExperience working in Figma, XD, Sketch; with little oversightProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud-Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignComfort working with Rapid PrototypingComfort working with Motion GraphicsOpenness to new ideas and different ways of thinkingWork Environment
Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.Candidates for this position will ideally be located near our office in Cincinnati, OH or Minneapolis, MN. Candidates in San Diego or Los Angeles, California, will also be considered.
$65,000 - $80,000 a year
