As the Senior Knowledge and Content Specialist, you will be an integral part of the People Operations Learning & Enablement Team, directly impacting the delivery of learning content across the company. This role will be the primary custodian of end user facing documentation. applying their skills in a collaborative environment by partnering with experienced colleagues, and contributing to the company's success through effective content management, curation, and development.

Develop and maintain a centralized content hub to assist in facilitation of knowledge sharing and the resources supporting it.Define processes and best practice standards to manage knowledge assets with company-wide stakeholders ensuring alignment and adherence to established standards, processes and guidelinesTrain and educate front-end users on the knowledge management tools and processes; creating the content to achieve this as neededPromote and monitor collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teamsProactively maintain the portfolio of enablement content, identify areas that require updates or maintenance due to impactful changes, and ensure awareness of maintenance needs to the appropriate stakeholdersPeriodically engage in content creation activities, such as video editing and graphic design, to support high-quality content development across the company in alignment with the centralized guidelinesRequirements:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a Knowledge Management SpecialistCoordination efforts to mainstream knowledge management into core activities and projectsAbility to independently build partnerships, and promote initiatives to identify, create and share knowledgeExperience using Microsoft products, O365, Sharepoint or similar softwareInstructional design graphics experience o Experience with video or graphic design editing toolsExperience writing and creating contentProject Management experienceDesired:

Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Business degreeCamtasia, Canva, or similar softwareKnowledge of the Salesforce platformBanking industry knowledgeExperience in the software industry
