These technologies are reshaping the industry by offering significant performance uplifts, managing risk, boosting efficiency, personalizing services, and cutting costs.

This is where you come in. As a senior member, you will lead the marketing of industry-leading solutions to the global banking industry, with a specific emphasis on data-driven decision making and advanced analytics. This role is critical in steering the direction of product marketing strategy, team development, and key corporate initiatives with an eye on the future of AI in financial services. You will oversee the application of AI across the nCino platform, guiding other product marketers to ensure a cohesive and innovative strategy. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product development teams, and be responsible for driving the market intel, strategy, messaging, and positioning for AI, Data and Analytics.

The ideal candidate has experience in Product Marketing for a B2B SaaS company in financial services, and is eager to transform financial services using AI and data, while growing their Marketing career at a fast-paced, public technology company.

Develop a deep understanding of the nCino Banking Operating System to become an expert on product-market fit, overall differentiation, and the application of data and AI analytics to deliver intelligence everywhere.Align with and drive success in exceeding nCino's annual revenue goals while maintaining Product Marketing's KPIs related to data and AI adoption and utilization.Channel the voice of the customer by understanding the pain points and aspirations of various banking segments and roles, translating these into actionable content and output that drives revenue generation.Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support the marketing organization, product strategy, and the nCino business, with a keen focus on data and AI.Research and analyze market opportunities for AI and data in the global financial services industry.Collaborate with Product Management to inform the multi-year roadmap for nCino's Bank Operating System, integrating data and AI.Cultivate relationships with the nCino sales, marketing, and product development teams to evaluate product-market fit, drive portfolio marketing strategy, and deliver exceptional analyses of the target market and proper market segmentation to drive demand through AI-driven insights.Build messaging frameworks for solution themes, mapping out the key topics and problems our target audience faces and the AI-driven solutions that nCino can and should provide.Work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to develop Go To Market plans for major product releases and prospect/customer outreach, particularly focusing on AI and data analytics advancements.Own the communication strategy and execution for product releases, highlighting AI and data capabilities.Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, differentiators, and opportunities in the data and AI space for nCino.Create market positioning for nCino products and solutions, with emphasis on data and AI messaging, and value propositions across industry verticals and geographical regions.Build a deep understanding of our customers and the market by conducting primary qualitative and quantitative research and competitive analyses that inform strategic product and marketing decisions, focusing particularly on data and AI.Work alongside Sales to increase conversion rates through continuous improvement of product messaging, demos, sales enablement, and competitive win/loss insights with a focus on AI capabilities.Be able to proficiently demo the nCino Bank Operating System, showcasing AI features so that you have the product knowledge to represent nCino at internal and external events, conferences, trade shows, etc.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or an equivalent combination of experience6+ years of experience in a Marketing role, with a strong focus on data and AI2+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, particularly in AI-driven product environmentsProven success as a coach and mentor of marketersDemonstrated dedication to quality and continuous improvement, especially in AI and analytics-driven processesAbility to motivate yourself and others, prioritize your own work, and adapt and thrive in a dynamic team environmentAbility to own qualitative and quantitative research from product strategy to campaign launch, with an emphasis on data and AI insightsProven portfolio of developing and coordinating impactful Marketing collateral with an emphasis on AI and data analytics, including (but not limited to) presentation slides, brochures, feature documents, point of view documentation, FAQs, lead generation scripts, personas, target market definition, ROI models, landing pages, videos, and other relevant materials used by marketing, sales, and business development teams.Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate market trends and sales opportunities, particularly in AI and data analyticsStrong aptitude for distilling complex technical differentiators into simple stories that resonate with the customer baseExcellent project management skillsAbility to work with a variety of teams, gather input, synthesize feedback, and coordinate efforts across multiple areas of businessProven track record of conducting market and competitive analyses to inform corporate strategies and campaigns2+ years Marketing Experience in the Financial Services IndustryKnowledgeable about or proven ability to quickly learn banking and FinTech industry trends and integrate that knowledge into our product and marketing strategy, particularly focusing on AI and data.BonusProduct Marketing experience for a FinTech Company with a focus on AI and analyticsPrior functional experience in consumer banking and/or mortgage lending2+ years of experience working with AWS or comparable systemEmphasis on and passion for data and AI is a plusMaster's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or an equivalent fieldExperience in Adobe Creative SuiteGlobal Marketing experienceOtherPosition requires 10 percent travel
