Full-Time; ExemptSUMMARYLumen Field is a bucket list destination for sports and entertainment fans around the world. Lumen Field, which opened in 2002, is home to three professional sports teams - the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders and Seattle Reign FC. Lumen Field and the Lumen Field Event Center host more than 300 event days per year and attract more than 2.4 million attendees annually. The venue has hosted many premier concerts, including Beyoncé, Metallica, Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift and U2, as well as international soccer matches, Supercross, corporate events, community gatherings and more. Lumen Field will also serve as a host stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026.The Lumen Field Marketing Manager oversees campaign development, advertising, event marketing, promotions and marketing content for all aspects of Lumen Field's campus, including the Lumen Field Event Center, WAMU Theater and The Pro Shop. Examples of marketing campaigns this role works on include concert and special event promotions, "Fanovation" stadium renovations, The Pro Shop retail branding and advertising and all aspects of event day at Lumen Field - from parking to food and beverage and more!Reporting into the Managing Director of Marketing, this role will require heavy coordination and collaboration with other departments to identify business needs, brainstorm creative campaigns to achieve business goals and oversee the execution across multiple channels. This role also manages a full-time Coordinator who also supports all aspects of Lumen Field marketing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with event organizers and promoters, develop promotional plans and timelines for upcoming events to drive ticket salesCoordinate fulfillment of promotional plans and brand campaign assets with Creators including briefing Creators on campaign objectives, collaborating with Creators to brainstorm and gather input, outlining specific assets needing to be developed, setting deadlines/expectations for deliverables and ensuring all appropriate stakeholders have reviewed and approved final assetsWrite promotional copy for a variety of campaigns and channels, such as in-venue or broadcast live reads, radio spots, video scripts, digital ads (display, social, search), social posts, email newsletters, push notifications, website landing pages and moreCoordinate trafficking and delivery of campaign assets to stakeholdersDevelop paid media plans as needed, including outlining media mix, trafficking calendar, required creative assets and budget allocationDevelop "Know Before You Go" event day information for fans attending concerts and special events. This includes gathering important messaging requirements from stakeholders (stadium operations, ticketing, event organizers, etc.); writing copy; and working with creator teams such as email, web and design to build the final assets for publishingServe as the day-to-day Lumen Field marketing point of contact for internal departments and external contactsRetail & Stadium

Maintain Lumen Field and The Pro Shop brand guides and ensure all internal and partner assets adhere to branding guidelinesOversee year-round promotional plans for Lumen Field programs and initiatives such as sustainability, food and beverage, "Fanovation", stadium tours, hiring and moreOversee an annual promotional plan to drive retail sales online and in-store year-round. This includes seasonal campaigns for holidays, NFL tentpole events, gameday, special collections, etc.Write promotional copy for a variety of campaigns and channels, such as in-venue or broadcast live reads, radio spots, video scripts, digital ads (display, social, search), social posts, email newsletters, push notifications, website landing pages and moreIn partnership with Managing Director and Marketing Manager (Advertising), develop paid media plans, including outlining media mix, trafficking calendar, required creative assets and budget allocationCoordinate trafficking and delivery of campaign assets to stakeholdersSupport bookings team with B2B and industry promotions of Lumen Field and its event spacesCoordinate with website team to ensure LumenField.com and WAMUtheater.com align with and adequately support business goals and brand messagingLead the strategy, development and prioritization of content for monthly newslettersManagement

Provide weekly status updates on upcoming, in-progress and recently completed projects and campaigns, including clearly communicating when projects are at riskEnsure all necessary information is entered into company's project management system for tracking and coordination across departmentsIn collaboration with key stakeholders, track and manage marketing, advertising and promotion budget for Lumen Field, WAMU Theater and The Pro ShopRecap and report out on results of campaignsLead and manage one full-time Lumen Field Marketing CoordinatorQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. At least 4+ years of prior experience managing promoters, clients and/or event coordinatorsExperience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritizeStrong copy-writing and creative ideation skillsStrong familiarity with Microsoft PowerPointExperience using Project Management tools (Wrike) and creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work irregular hours occasionally based on event and announcement schedulesBachelor's degree from a college or university (degree in related business discipline preferred); two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceLANGUAGE SKILLS

The salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $85,000. The salary range applies to the current posting.
