Job DescriptionKada Recruiting is partnering with an amazing digital marketing agency, recruiting for the right person to lead their expanding paid digital media team as a Paid Digital Media Manager.

This role is flexible/hybrid. This role can be located in Boston, MA area or fully remote. May need to come into the office periodically for company and team meetings.

They provide a true turnkey outsourced suite of marketing capabilities on a monthly retainer basis, including SEO/SEM, lead generation, PPC, social media marketing, marketing automation, asset development, and branding.

This agency is seeking a Paid Digital Media Manager to strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple search engine marketing campaigns for their clients. The Paid Digital Media Manager will partner with the Client Services and Project Management teams to develop paid marketing strategies and ensure timely execution. This role reports to the VP of Production and will lead the work of Paid Digital Media Specialists.

Requirements5-7 years of paid marketing experience; prior agency experience is a plusPrior experience in analyzing Google Analytics data and synthesizing it into client-focused deliverables including Google Data Studio reportsPrior experience managing Google/Microsoft ad campaigns and budgets against CPA or ROAS goals simultaneouslyLead and manage the implementation of all Google and Microsoft activities for clients including search, display, video, and GMail/Yahoo advertising.Prior experience launching both awareness and remarketing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft, and other SEM-focused channels.Build landing pages with an eye for CRO and Quality Score.Lead and mentor junior production staff members assigned to larger client accountsDevelop all ad, post copy, and creative for assigned accounts.Maintain and optimize campaigns for assigned accounts to ensure alignment with a monthly budget and ROAS and/or CPA goals.Develop client-facing deliverables such as reports and strategy documentationsBenefits
