Are you ready to drive innovative search advertising strategies to new heights? Our client is seeking an expert-level Search Engine Marketing Manager to lead and elevate their search engine marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company's advertising strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), working closely with the Marketing Director and digital team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement effective search ad strategies on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google LSAsOversee all aspects of search ad campaigns, including bid strategies, keyword research, ad copy creation, conversion management, and performance trackingContinuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROASManage and allocate budgets across various search platforms to maximize ROIConduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate search ad campaigns with overall marketing strategiesGenerate detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement using tools like GA4 and Looker StudioWhat You'll Need to be Considered:
A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in managing search ad campaignsDemonstrated success in managing and optimizing search ads with measurable resultsMastery of tools and platforms used for search advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsExceptional time-management capabilities and succinct communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and work independently and as part of a teamWhat Could Set You Apart:
