PROJECT MANAGER: CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY + INNOVATION

ABOUTWe are seeking a Creative Project Manager - with a specialization in creative technology and innovation. This person will work with mid-senior level members across verticals to help manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This vertical specific Project Manager will work closely with Producers and Creative Technologists to ensure project goals and objectives are met.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.Assist in managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.Ensure clear communication between the client and internal teams.Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.Identify and manage project risks and issues.Develop and maintain project documentation, including internal notes, timelines, decks etc.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Participate in project review meetings with clients and internal teams.QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an agency setting.Has experience and/or an interest in all things creative technology and innovation, inclusive of games, robotics, human computer interaction, machine learning and other interactive technologiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience seeing a project through from initial ideation to final deliveryAbility to work independently and in a team environment.Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environmentWHAT WE OFFERFull time DE-YAN employees are eligible for a full suite of benefits, including Health, Dental, and 401k, with employer contribution to all.
