Marketing ManagerAbout Newmedical Technology:Newmedical Technology, Inc. is a global medical products company focused on developing, manufacturing, and distributing patented therapies for advanced scar management, bruising, Acne, skincare, and wound care.About the Role:Newmedical is committed to accelerating the growth of all their current and future products line such as; Silagen® (The professional line) and MyNewGel® (Consumer + International line) are the first and only comprehensive line of medical-grade silicone scar therapies in the world. To lead this growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing and Brand Manager that has a knack and desire to grow a mature and expanding product line to join the team. This individual must be creative, analytical, and have a strong bias for action. This role lives at the intersection of planning, directing, and coordinating marketing, sales, and training efforts. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role.Responsibilities:Work with both the sales and marketing team to develop successful B2B & B2C strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients.Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and convert our target groupsCreate marketing programs (e.g. product videos, website copy, social media channels) that articulate the benefit of our productsDevelop social media pages (such as Meta, Instagram, Threads, TikTok), website, etc. to use cases of our products to drive qualified leads and engage both B2B & B2C customersCreate sales tools/collateral that align with buying process to help move customers through sales cycleLead/Manage/Coach a small team of marketing associates with a focus on talent retention and growing teamResearch competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the marketReview current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategiesCollaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company.Manage and prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly basisAnalyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effectiveSkills/ Requirements5+ yrs experience as a Product and/or Brand Manager, or similar role with a focus on digital marketing/media strategiesCreative and Analytical Mind.Familiar with product marketing tactics.Proven ability to interact with Senior Management on strategy.Experience using a CRM, like SalesForce is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.Background or understanding of aesthetic brands, dermatology and/or plastic surgery desired.
