Title: HCP Marketing Manager

Location: Carlsbad, CA (3 days in office)

ALASTIN Skincare is seeking an HCP Marketing Manager to play an integral part in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team. This position will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing communications and programs for the Alastin line of products to the professional audience. This position will collaborate with many different departments to advance the vision and strategy and will provide insight to help shape the overall visibility of Alastin to be more impactful in the Professional space. This position will support the day-to-day needs of our sales team, creating and executing marketing communications to our internal team and our HCP partners. The ideal candidate has a passion for the aesthetics, beauty and skincare industry, the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once; loves being a part of a close-knit team, problem solver, and is an extraordinary project manager.

Essential Functions

Partner with the Head of HCP Marketing and Sr. Product and Program Manager to develop and implement a professional marketing strategy and execution tactics.Act as the lead Marketing liaison to sales, answering questions and providing guidance relative to programs and deliverables or triaging to appropriate team members.Conduct consistent ongoing office visits to identify opportunities, hurdles and to see marketing programs in action.Assist in soliciting and compiling feedback from the Sales team via Survey Monkey surveys and making recommendations based on findings.Support the creation and management of the HCP marketing calendar and ongoing marketing needs to fuel the brand calendar, such as:

Customizable seasonal promotional flyers, POP displays, social assets, and bounce back cards plus any additional ad hoc requests.Support development of new marketing and merchandising materialsLead coordination efforts for any pack-outs, GWP programs and campaignsCreate Monthly Playbook for field sales team and HCPs.Sourcing of soft goods and swag

Partner with Sr. Manager, to develop the monthly promotional calendar to support sell in and sell thru, as well as evaluating performance to inform future ideas promotions, and keep track of all initiatives in a marketing calendar to ensure they are up to date.Manage and execute on HCP email & SMS calendar, which includes planning monthly content, briefing creative and partnering with Digital to deploy and reporting metrics back to team.Support the development of new and as needed updates, to Marketing materials targeted to sales team, HCPs and Patients and keep asset sharing platform up-to-date with all sales toolsUpdate and maintain key team documents related to asset management, brand/product messaging, pricing, and marketing materials.Manage marketing material and promotional inventory, attend weekly inventory meetings, determine needs/orders based on inventory status, and update marketing and sales team members on the current situation.Manage the tradeshow artwork needs, which includes booth visuals and event needs as well as any shipments required.Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and competitors; identify and translate market trends and market research to create new ideas for professional pieces and communication!Oversee and input marketing sample requests and field drop shipments (field, influencer, PR, or corporate requests)Complete packaging and other ad hoc artwork as needed with freelance designerWork closely with cross-functional teams, such as graphic design, education, professional relations, and digital and clinical teams to execute marketing plans.Participate and present to Sales Team as needed.Develop effective working relationships with Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance counterparts to ensure all creative meet requirementsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university required7+ years CPG or OTC health care industry experience working in marketing with increasing levels of responsibility and proven track record of driving penetration and profitable growthMust have 1-3 years of personal care/skin care experienceShows a can-do attitude and are an avid team playerPrioritizes tasks and maintains focus of the overall desired goalStructured, yet flexibleHighly analytical, able to measure and track the effectiveness and efficiency of brand strategies, tacticsExcellent collaborator, able to work across functionsInnovative marketer. Challenges the status quo and creates new ideas, processes, and products. Is experimental and takes calculated risks to gain business advantageDemonstrated brand management expertise (consumer insights through market research, positioning, concept development and validation, advertising and 360 comms development, P&L management).Sense of urgency with bias to speed and actionDemonstrate a high level of change agility, flexing to deliver on consumer and shopper and retailer trends and needsGood listener, able to listen to consumer and shopper needs as well as senior management asks to then make strategic recommendations that deliver against external and internal needs.What we offer in return
