Title: Head of HCP Marketing, Alastin Skincare

Location: Carlsbad, CA (3 days a week in office) or Remote with 2 weeks a month in Carlsbad

The Sr. Director of HCP Marketing Alastin will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will serve as a key member of the leadership team. He/she will have responsibility for leading the US ALASTIN HCP Marketing Team including managing in-market products, execution of new product launches and development of all sales and in-office consumer tools. This position will partner closely with the VP of marketing, GM and Strategic Portfolio marketing lead. This position leads high-level engagement within the entire Skincare customer base and works cross functionally to drive overall brand and product success within the HCP channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages and leads Alastin Skincare product portfolio including responsibility for short and long-term strategic and outbound tactical marketing plans with the ambition of outpacing market growth within HCP channelDevelops strategic and annual business plan for the brand to exceed targeted business objectives.Works closely with Global and Strategic Portfolio mktg leads to drive product innovation, US-centric product assortment, benefits, vision, and overall messaging based on market insights.Identify effective messages to communicate the brand's core value story; optimize delivery to customers through both traditional and innovative channels.Development of HCP assets, tactics, and contributes to training content to support brand growth.Partner with Sales and Training to ensure brand strategy and tactics are pulled through, including via regional and national sales meetings.Provide strategic direction and executional needs for ALASTIN Academy Education program that will be utilized by Regional Education Managers and Sales teamExecution of tactics supporting congress presence & execution, peer-to-peer education, ad board planning and execution and support of thought leader engagements.Establish strong relationships and develop collaborative areas of shared interest with key stakeholders, including HCP experts and professional societies.Strategic oversight and management of loyalty programs that support HCPs and office staff, Advantage Program and ASPIRE, building out a strong promotional calendar to drive this critical audiencePartner with the Digital E-commerce team to drive strategy for ALASTIN and ensuring omnichannel marketing and synergies across all channels.Manages and oversees HCP promotional budgetLeads team of 2-3 direct reportsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree is requiredAt least 12+ years of relevant skincare/aesthetics, HCP marketing experienceExperience in a US pharmaceutical or medical device organization is a plus.Field sales experience is a strong plus.Must have the ability to partner closely with sales leadership, sales training and other key cross functional stakeholdersAbility to navigate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while also adhering and aligning across a matrixed organization with many stakeholders and Sr. LeadershipAbility to partner and align across other Galderma Business Units and other marketing counterparts for synergiesStrong project management, communication, and organization skillsProven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.Strong analytical skills and data driven focus with the ability to take large amounts of data, identify key issues and opportunities and mobilize a team to quickly address the issues or capitalize on the opportunities.Excellent leader who can inspire others, drive a "winner's mentality" to add value and work well cross functionally.Strong communicator, both written and verbal with excellent presentation skills.Tactful and diplomatic professional with unquestionable integrity and personal valuesAbility to multi-task and work under pressureWhat we offer in return
