Position Overview

With the growth of our organization, success of our sales, and expansion of our marketing efforts the need for sales & marketing insights and support has become increasingly evident. We have created this role for an experienced, confident and passionate individual who is ready to make visible contributions. This position is perfect for someone who wants to leverage what they know to create something new, drive successful initiatives, and work with a high-performance team. This role will report to and work closely with our Senior Director, Sales & Marketing with visibility to the highest level of our organization’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Pull and analyze available data identifying business trends, outcomes and potential opportunities .

Create, maintain, and present reports and dashboards communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making

Recommend strategies based on analytics to improve sales and marketing effectiveness

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Support sales team in developing and implementing Reguard’s communication, marketing, signage plans, and sales pipeline flow.

Manage projects to ensure execution against timelines, within scope of work ,and billing requirements for clients, vendors and internal departments.

Provide support on contract development and new business generation

Collaborate with the Sr. Director to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Design, write, edit, and deploy marketing materials, such as proposals, brochures, award submissions, presentations, advertisements, trade show collateral, and promotional items that accurately represent our brand.

Order and manage creative assets to include point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers, and trade show materials

Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.

Other administrative duties as assigned or necessary to support the Sales & Marketing team’s success

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Equivalent education and work related experience will be considered.

3-5 years of relevant sales and new business development experience

Self-driven, high performer with the initiative to work independently

Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, identify existing trends or potential problems and recommend solutions

Skilled presenter, able to create and deliver compelling content

Strong project management skills with attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint critical

Proven ability to act ethically with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Preferred experience with furniture and/or warranty Google suite proficiency preferred

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau is beneficial but not required
