The Sales Coordinator is an associate-level sales support position primarily responsible for supporting executive level business development in prospect and client relationship management, assisting in setting up business development events/trips/conferences, and coordinating with our marketing team to ensure consistent social media and email marketing initiatives. This role also involves sales support responsibilities and serves as the primary service contacts for prospects, helping to ensure client satisfaction and consistent business development efforts. This role supports both Lender Services and Private Equity Service markets. The main duties of the Sales Coordinator can be summarized as follows:

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop a unique marketing/sales calendar for each of the practice areas within Private Equity and Lenders Services with input from practice leaders.Incorporate email campaigns, social media posts, city visits, and conferences into the calendar with a cadence to be determined by practice area leaders.Submit weekly progress reports.Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to develop campaign content for ConstantContact and cadence.Assist in execution of campaigns utilizing Levitate via individual email (Outlook) accounts.Work with practice leaders and Marketing Coordinator to prepare and post social media content weekly.Monitor and report on individuals' social media effectiveness (e.g., impressions, likes, reposts).Identify city visits based on current and potential clients.Coordinate visits, including setting appointments and preparing meeting briefs.Prepare business development executives with relevant client information for meetings.Identify relevant conferences for general industry and specific practice areas.Coordinate conference activities, including obtaining attendee lists and setting meetings.Prepare attendees with briefing materials and ensure periodic attendance at booths if applicable.Identify and maintain a list of current overlapping clients and potential overlapping clients.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects who have not purchased from the company previously.Record and assist in recording and tracking all activities in Salesforce CRM and maintain and update the database.Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience:

Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field, required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field, preferred.1-3 years of sales or administrative experience, required; in professional services, preferred.Excellent interpersonal communication, extraordinary organizational skills, and strong collaboration ability.Ability to handle and maintain confidential information conscientiously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
