Spectrio is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This is a remote, full-time position. Working hours are 8-5 or 9-6 Eastern.

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support executing (and working with 3rd party vendors to execute) online marketing tactics for brand awareness and customer retention, primarily email, display, social, search, public relations and affiliate. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who is flexible and able to respond to tight deadlines. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will join a growing marketing team of four. We rely on every team member to contribute ideas and jump into any situation to become a contributor.

Job Functions

Supports the day-to-day execution of product launch and customer retention email marketing campaigns.Assists with monitoring and optimizing campaigns for social channels, search.Support traditional marketing projects like tradeshows or sales collateral development as needed.Supports web optimization projects like page redesigns, new product launches, and more.Assists with web analytics tools to measure campaign success, identify site optimization opportunities and key performance trends.Assists with executing strategic initiatives for key customer engagement tactics designed to nurture leads such as email, live chat, referrals and retention.Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to architect digital experiences that help deliver marketing goals.Creates reusable graphics templates; modifies and resizes existing graphics for various platforms and uses; formats materials based on specifications.Manage digital asset libraries.Compiles reports to present channel and campaign performance and growth/improvement initiatives to colleagues, managers and executives.Requirements

Bachelor's degree, in a relevant field1-3 years relevant experience in a digital marketing support or coordination roleDesired Qualifications

Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials.Establish priorities and can work within a deadline-oriented environment.Comfortable working across tools, like Monday.com, to record project status.Basic knowledge of eCommerce, Google Analytics, social media platforms, digital advertising channels, email service providers, SEM, and SEO a plus.Graphic design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CanvaSome typographic and color skills.B2B marketing content creation experience is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well independently.Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.Quick learner and ability to adapt to a high-performance work environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with many different teams and individuals.Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team.
