Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team! As a Marketing Project Manager, you will own the development and execution of various marketing projects, with a keen eye for staying on budget and within the allotted time frame. You will also be scheduling meetings to keep stakeholders and team members informed on project timeframes, and create weekly and monthly goals, reports, and dashboards. The ideal candidate has marketing experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to push a project through to completion.

We are looking for a candidate that has some experience in marketing and who is proficient at using Adobe Pro as well as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps.

This position is a full-time position in our office located in Pasadena, CA. Our hours of operation are M-F 9AM to 5:30PM. This is NOT a remote position.

Company Owner owns a total of six companies. Industries for these companies include, Real Estate, Medical, Aviation and Insurance. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Maintain and monitor our social media calendar for the companies.

a. Our existing Social Media accounts are with Twitter, FB, IG, Snap Chat. Not all of our companies have social media accounts.

With assistance of Company President, Create and launch our YouTube channels as well as our podcast.

a. Assist with the creation of Marketing Videos and possibly a Video podcast in the future. b. Assist with launching our podcast.

Creation of ad campaigns on our social media platforms to generate more clientele.

You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing projects on time and within budget

Work closely with other members of the marketing department, and across multiple departments, to execute goals and objectives

Handle resource management and allocation to improve capacity and efficiency

Maintain an excellent line of communication from start to finish on each project

Create reports and presentations on project management and efficiency, as well as outcomes

Maintain an overview of the marketing calendar throughout each project to ensure each project is on trackCreate ad campaigns to post on social media as well as sending to print

Oversee our marketing campaigns and make adjustments based on marketing trends

Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities

Review and optimize marketing budget

Monitor and report on marketing success

Must have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Tasks Include creating logos, changing logo resolutions, editing video and photos etc.)

Must be proficient in using Adobe Pro (Tasks include editing PDF files)

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing marketing projects from start to finish

Strong time management skills

Experience working with project management software and systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
