The Marketing Coordinator acts as Reaume Richardson's marketing subject matter expert, keeping the company's marketing approach in line with industry trends and best practices.Assist in the development of annual and quarterly marketing strategyResponsible for the development and execution of Reaume Richardson's annual marketing calendarManage the production and distribution of Reaume Richardson owned content and marketing materialsJOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Coordinator will report to the VP of Project Development and be responsible for helping to create and execute Reaume Richardson's annual Marketing plans. Reaume Richardson is a small team and the successful applicant will be self motivated, comfortable rolling up their sleeves, with proven experience executing marketing and communications plans pinpointed on achieving the businesses set goals. The ideal candidate will have an analytical, detail oriented mind with eagerness to learn.ROLE COMPETENCIESMarketing:In partnership with the VP of Project Development, define Reaume Richardson's annual marketing strategy to align with the company's objectivesAct as Marketing subject matter expert, staying updated on industry best practices and trends, continually improving our plansMaintain annual marketing budget spend and projectionsCoordinate the production and distribution of company marketing materials including construction site signage, team uniforms, and promotional materialsMaintain marketing contact databaseOwn recommendations and updates to Reaume Richardson's websiteManage marketing vendor relationshipsContent:Lead the development of Reaume Richardson's annual content calendar in alignment with the marketing strategyOwn the creation of marketing content and materials per the marketing plan, including content photography and copywriting as required for social platforms, newsletter and company newsCoordinate the production and deployment of all Reaume Richardson digital still and video contentContinually monitor content performance, and refine our strategy against defined KPI'sHelp maintain a network of quality freelance photographers and videographers for documenting in progress and completed projects along with one off content piecesPRAssist in identifying, pitching, and securing PR opportunities for Reaume RichardsonIdentify and apply for industry awardsEventsAssist in planning and coordinate the execution of 2-3 Marketing events per yearEDUCATION & EXPERIENCERequirementsMinimum 2 years experience in marketing strategy and executionProactive and creative problem solving skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience working with Microsoft Suite and WordpressDesire to learn and grow within the commercial construction industryPreferencesBachelor's degreeExperience working with Adobe Creative Suite
