Smolen Emr Ilkovitch Architects (SEI) is a growing, dynamic architectural firm established in 1959 seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator. POSITIONAs an SEI Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be assisting our Business Development Manager in coordinating and implementing marketing and communication projects. The role has the ability to expand into a Marketing Manager. Responsibilities will include proposal preparation, special events, and assisting with brand awareness.
Sample Typical Job Duties include:Prepare high-impact written proposals in response to RFPs and RFQsCoordinate with sub-consultants and/or other prime providers, as well as in-house managerial, technical, and administrative staffRead and review RFP materials and monitor procurements sourcesPrepare marketing packages, presentations and other marketing materialsMaintain up-to-date marketing files and project dataDevelop and coordinate content for the firm's website and social media accountsPlan and prepare for industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitsDevelop award submissionsCreate marketing campaigns for growth and diversificationCoordinate special events such as lunch & learns, holiday parties, office bonding experiences, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience, preferably in the A/E/C industryBachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, English or related fields)Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesignFamiliarity with additional graphic design software is preferred (Photoshop and Illustrator)Self-motivated with the ability work independently and be directedAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExtreme level of attention to detail is a mustStrong writing skillsOrganizational skills are critical
