As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be trained to assist our clients with their marketing needs through face-to-face interactions and direct marketing at events. This role requires a people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain experience in the face-to-face sales industry. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with potential customers in face-to-face interactions at events.
Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies tailored to our clients' needs.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers.
Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to potential customers.
Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to develop creative solutions and strategies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with diverse audiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
