Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000

*Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, competencies, experience, geographic location.

The MOD Pizza Creative Director position is a critical marketing leader that will implement the MOD Brand across all external and internal touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a hands-on graphics and motion designer and should understand current design, technology, and media pertinent to marketing and advertising. This position will leverage a network of external contract designers and agency partners but must be able to execute the day to day needs of the brand.

Position can be hybrid with a preference located in Dallas or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership:

Establish a breakthrough creative approach for the brand that aligns with the brand architecture, meets business goals, and creates a loyal and fanatical following.Direct and motivate a team of external contract designers and agency partners to meet brand needs and help them use their talents effectively.Lead the internal production team and resources.Creative Planning:

Collaborate with cross functional leaders to understand their creative support needs and establish a request intake system to prioritize and manage projects.Concepting:

Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.Scope of Creative Projects:

Advertising in all media channels including social media, campaign development (including copy/writing), restaurant graphic design and storytelling, restaurant point of purchase materials, packaging branding and new product development branding.Creative team will also support needs of Franchise partners and internal functions in the branding and creative direction for internal needs.Basic Qualifications

10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in an agency, production company or internal creative services teamProven ability as a manager and creative people developerExpert level skills with cross-platform campaigns - ideation, direction, development and implementationExceptional design aesthetics, great taste and interest in developing art direction and concepting skills to the highest levelExperience in executing integrated digital campaigns, and an understanding of the nuances of social media and the digital landscapeProficiency in the typical design tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch3, etc.Ability to story tell and present creative ideas to business stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications

Experience building an internal creative services function is a plusIntegrated campaigns that showcase execution across a broad range of marketing channels - with an emphasis on videoA portfolio of high-profile marketing and/or design projects for big brands.

Physical Requirements

Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
