The Vice President of Marketing position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, lead, and execute marketing strategies and plans for $250M revenue company with high growth targets over the next 5 years.Manage the Pinnacle Fertility brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.Oversee digital marketing strategies with a significant focus on website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Lead traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, events, and public relations.Work collaboratively and in partnership with patient intake and operations teams to identify pain points in funnel, implement programs, and optimize for new patient conversions and experience.Implement patient acquisition strategies to drive growth and retention.Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.Utilize analytics to measure performance, optimize marketing efforts, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years’ experience managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and demonstrating a strong ROI on marketing investments.Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies including management and development of large scale PPC marketing budgets and strategies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic and data-driven decisions.Experience with digital marketing tactics, including in-depth expertise in SEO, SEM, and email marketing with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale PPC and paid social media strategies.Experience in the healthcare or fertility industry preferred, but not required.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$175,000 - $$225,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is between $175,000 and $225,000 per Hour/Year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
