Vice President Sales and Marketing
Remote + Travel up to 40% (CST and EST time zones only)
$175,000 - $225,000 + 20% yearly bonus
*This role is for a client of LHH.
The Vice President Sales and Marketing, reports to the CEO and leads the Marketing and sales team which consists of 5 direct reports. This role focuses on driving business development, growth, and managing relationships. This role supports customers nationally and internationally. This role is in the animal health industry. This role works closely with research labs, poultry, livestock, exotic animals and companion animals.
This role needs someone who has solid people management skills.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeading a team
Develop Sales Strategies
Develop Marketing activities
Working cross functionally
Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a life science or related field
10+ years of Sales experience
3+ years of experiance in managing a sales team
2+ years in Marketing
Pay Details:
$175,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year
