Specialty Smile Partners (SSP) is seeking a

Marketing Project Manager

- responsible for planning, managing, and executing specialized projects from conception to completion while working in tandem to support local clinic teams and the SSP marketing team. This individual will serve as the principal coordinator to support company growth through planning, implementation, and execution of projects - working continuously to enhance the impactful relationships shared with internal and external stakeholders. The Marketing Project Manager will identify opportunities and monitor SSP marketing systems and processes while ensuring new practices are successfully integrated and onboarded. Essential Functions:

Develop relationships with doctors and team members at new practices, and generate excitement about field-based marketing to ensure a successful partnershipCollaborate with new practice team members and doctors to source the information and assets necessary for implementation of the SSP marketing plan and tech stackLead the marketing integration and onboarding processes of simultaneous new SSP pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practicesConduct market research and analysis to drive the development of the overall marketing plan for new practicesCollaborate with external marketing partners to ensure communication, tracking and alignment of all projects and business objectivesVirtually or in-person, train, onboard, and guide new field-based team members on SSP marketing processes, execution, and expectationsManage project from start to completion and problem-solve within teamSupport "boots on the ground" team members across the nation for local marketing initiatives and areas of focusExternal community sponsorship and event project management - working with central and field-based team members to execute effective event or sponsorshipIdentify KPIs, effectively analyze, summarize, and report on quantitative and qualitative data for ROI considerationCreate systems for and maintain organization of project assetsCommitment to uphold, represent, and adhere to the company's Mission and Values.Other duties as assigned.Pay : $65,000 - $75,000, based on experiencePosition RequirementsEducation, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or related field or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oralExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Adobe, Microsoft (SharePoint), MailChimp, Canva, Google, and Meta programs and platformsExperience with website and digital marketing preferredExperience with Smartsheet a plusRelationship and customer-focused service delivery experienceEffective project management skills with the ability to handle competing prioritiesAbility to learn new technology and software quicklyPhysical Requirements
