Job Title: Sr Content Strategist

Work Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $70-75/hr CTC, $50-62/hr W2
Responsibilities:

We aim to change the way people think about food, cooking, and feeding their families, and we want to provide the ingredients and options to suit every lifestyle.
We're looking for a Content Strategist for our eCommerce fulfillment UX team to help the associates of our 18 banner brands to seamlessly and easily to get their job done right, help our brands deliver the best customer service from product discovery through delivery. The position is an individual contributor, responsible for crafting all and any text that the customer and associate encounters when interacting with the product.
The ideal candidate will champion our customer/associate and experiences. You will maintain an inclusive design process and invite partners to co-create and collaborate on the experiences that our customers and associate will interact with. You will work across all aspects of the product cycle, including user research, collaborative ideation, chatbot writing, prototyping and testing.
You are focused on making sure the user experience is as smooth as possible, which means creating useful, concise copy that guides the user in the right direction and helps them complete their desired actions.
This position reports to the Director of Product Design and their key responsibilities include:
Create and own the Product Design style guide, working with brand and voice to ensure consistencyWrite easy conversational copy that adheres to brand guidelinesWork with multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner with product designer, engineering, product management (among other stakeholders) to find solutions to deliver value to usersIndependently manage deadlines for multiple simultaneous projectsQuickly adapt to last minute requests with flexibilityKeep the end user in mind at all stages of the processDevise and implement a UX content strategyWhat we are searching for
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:3+ years relevant professional experience required, BS/BA degree required, Graduate studies preferred
Communication Skills:
Must be able to clearly communicate, sell, articulate and can advocate design copy rationale
Specific Skills:
3+ years of experience working as a Content Strategist, UX Designer, UX Writer or a relevant field in a consumer or B2B business/productInternet and retail experience strongly preferred.Understanding of experience principles and customer needs such as motivations and behaviors, with the ability to translate them into engaging and actionable deliverablesExcellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical savvy audience membersExperience presenting to, and working with, cross-disciplinary teamsExperience working in an agile and/or lean environmentStrong working knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma)Startup experience a plus
