This project manager will initiate, plan, execute, control and manage all aspects of projects to ensure ultimate project success within THV Marketing.

Developing comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for major product launchesBuilding relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launch plans and understand current market environment and competitionDeveloping marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for major product launchesDeveloping product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies for major product launchesLeading major projects for the Congress Management processDriving marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders for major product launchesDeveloping IFU and patient brochures required for regional product approvals for major product launchesLeading the execution of a major product launch in collaboration with regional partners as appropriate including Salesforce readiness (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)Developing the clinical story that supports the regional value proposition for major product launchesManaging budgets related to product line, campaigns and projectsAnalyzing clinical and market data to assess regional impact of potential product launchesOther Incidental Duties

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related field with 8 years experience of work experience or

Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field with 6 years experience of work experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry

Work On-site in our Irvine, CA campus

For California, the base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $158,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
