This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will be responsible for lead generation through traditional marketing vehicles along with face to face marketing programs (shows/events, canvassing, call center outbound lead generation and more). Responsible for entire marketing department, budget and team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and driving sales growth.
Qualifications
· Experience in face to face marketing (shows, events, etc.)
· World-class understanding of what a company twice our size looks like in terms of marketing
· Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· Experience in the home services or construction industry is a plus
