Our brands portfolio includes CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science offering a range of skincare and haircare products to respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin.

The Senior Manager of Marketing is a key member of the SkinCeuticals US marketing team with a focus on the B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing initiatives of our Flagship exclusive Skinceuticals partners program.

Since 2015, SkinCeuticals has carefully selected top medical practices across the country to represent the brand as SkinCeuticals Flagships. Today, there are over 135 of these hand selected locations. Each location with a staff of Medical Professionals like Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and aestheticians that can customize a personalized skin care plan for you. These locations offer diverse skin care services that include, but are not limited to, skin consultations, chemical peels, medical facials, cryotherapy, hydrafaicals, micro needling, microdermabrasion and more.

This role will lead all marketing initiatives for the SkinCeuticals Flagship program, and work closely with the Director of Retail & Business Development marketing and Business Development Sales VP to develop and execute marketing plans to support YOY growth of these top customers through a range of strategic priorities. S/he liaises closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, sales, digital/e-commerce teams, retail team, PR/social, medical affairs, education and training to accomplish the program objectives. S/he will manage the marketing strategy for the Skinceuticals Flagship program. S/he is responsible for the development and implementation of monthly 360 marketing plans both online and offline which corresponds to the goal of the physician partner, along with the marketing panier including new product launches, and overall program growth. This role is a hybrid of marketing and sales, and digital requiring you to work closely with the business development sales team building relationships with doctors and support staff to develop our Flagship partners, marketing initiatives, events, SEO/Digital expertise, and product launches to drive the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter possessing a high level of energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrated problem solving abilities. Existing skincare knowledge and retail experience or a high level of interest in this métier is key to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKETING

  • Develop and implement a 360-marketing strategy to build, launch, and sustain the Flagship program.
  • Launch and maintain localized ecommerce and digital strategies to build awareness, and drive sales for top accounts.
  • Develop exclusive Flagship marketing plans for new product launches and animations
  • Create sales driving marketing assets exclusive to the Flagship partners
  • National and regional new patient acquisition campaigns for Flagships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including education/training, brand marketing, digital, eCommerce, social media, and sales to develop an exclusive Flagship plan
  • Create new product strategies, including positioning, advertising, and merchandising
  • Develop and implement a long-term growth and promotional strategy through marketing, digital, media, .com, PR, social media, and event planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and corporate (i.e., CMI, CRM) teams to develop digital content properly catered to the SkinCeuticals professional partners
  • Collaborate with involved parties to manage LDB.com, Pro Results, and B2B digital marketing levers: paid media, social, CRM, Trade Ads, etc.
  • Spearhead all aspects of SkinCeuticals B2B loyalty program strategy

RETAIL

  • Optimize & augment Flagship account presence, design, consumer insights, and business plan to grow as a service led retail environment
  • Develop Flagship retail strategy, planogram, and merchandising materials, in line with the overall brand vision.

BUDGET/SALES MANAGEMENT

  • In partnership with Director, responsible for sales forecasting and promotional strategy both online and offline for all Flagships
  • In partnership with Director, evaluate Flagship business launch & growth through the analysis of sales patterns and treatment purchases
  • In partnership with Director, manage A&P/CAPEX budget and P&L for Flagship program

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Collaborate closely with marketing team, business development team and field sales leadership team
  • Collaborate and build relationships with Flagship doctors and support staff

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $117300-$164200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
