We have an immediate, full-time opening for a Senior Production Design Manager.

As a Senior Production Design Manager at Coefficient Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution and delivery of end-stage digital and print production-ready files. Collaborating closely with our art, copy, editorial, and account teams, you will leverage your digital and print production expertise in hands-on execution and delegation. You will be key in the development and expansion of the electronic design studio to meet a growing agencies workflow. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines will be critical to your success in this role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and revise print, digital, and web layouts with precision
  • Execute production-ready mechanicals, die-lines, artwork, and related files
  • Package and preflight files for release to developers or printers
  • Delegate to and supervise production design team
  • Anticipate the staffing needs of a fast-growing agency by maintaining a roster of freelancers and identifying staff hires
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand standards throughout the production process
  • Conduct comprehensive QC reviews of final copy, layout, and content designs to ensure quality and precision
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to bring designs from concept to fruition
  • Integrate seamlessly with agency file organization and delivery procedures
  • Interface with client representatives, and production and development vendors

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of six years of experience in print and digital production design (healthcare agency experience desired)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for typography and layout design
  • Strong delegation, planning, and organizational skills
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing standards and practices
  • Experience with developing and enforcing operational procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in creating spec sheets and executing print production processes
  • Familiarity with print vendors and digital developers and their capabilities
  • Knowledge of various color formats and photo retouching techniques (hands-on retouching capabilities are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and G Suite (HTML coding, Adobe After Effects knowledge a plus)
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles
  • Familiarity with interactive platforms such as eBooks and Veeva

Position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications.
  • Salary Range: $95,000–$125,000 + bonus opportunity
  • The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need.
