Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Generalist will work closely with the Marketing Communications Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that will build a best-in-class experience for our customers, increase customer engagement and generate leads. They will support a growing team with outward facing marketing efforts focused on our digital customer experience.The job involves working with internal and external teams to provide overall marketing support for business goals. The Marketing Communications Generalist must be able to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally within a global, matrixed environment. They must have strong project management skills and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.The Marketing Communications Generalist is accountable for managing projects and achieving on time / on budget results.The Marketing Communications Generalist will support eight focused market teams across the three Industrial Adhesives business units in AMAS as part of a Digital / Marcom Shared Services organization.The role has no direct reports.Ability to travel 10-15% of the timeEssential Duties & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing (50%): Executing digital programs that are on target for customers and in line with the marketing and sales strategies to drive engagement, leads, and business opportunities

Website maintenance & execution of projects following best practices and keeping the user and mobile experiences top of mindWebsite standardization across the AMAS region (North America and Latin America country websites)SEO optimizationMarketing Automation program creation, maintenance, and A/B testing following best practicesAnalytics tracking, analysis and reporting from various sources including Google Analytics, site testing, technology tools and industry reports to monitor, recommend and implement optimizationsProject management of Industrial digital execution including setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every projectContent Marketing (50%): Engaging in various forms and combinations of content creation, design, event and marketing strategy to promote our products through digital and direct channels

Content writing & Creation of press releases, email campaigns, video scripts and other external marketing contentGraphic design of Powerpoint presentations, infographics, labels, and other documents for external useVideo production & editing to create social media videosMinimum Qualifications and Education Required

Min Years of Experience

At least 2 years of marketing communications experienceEducation and area of focus

Bachelors degree in marketing communications, digital marketing, marketing or communications related degreeCertifications/Trainings:

Marketo and/or Google Analytics certification idealCompetencies -Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in Jahia (or similar website CMS), Marketo (or similar marketing automation tool), Salesforce (or similar CRM system)Experience in improving SEO including content optimization, site architecture, keyword management, and backlinksAdobe Suites experience (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro (or similar software)) preferredDigital Paid Media experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign manager preferredExperience managing social presence preferred.Demonstrates the ability to gain the support necessary to drive successful projects through a matrix organizationExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines, while managing multiple projectsA self-starter that can adapt quickly to changes and re-setting of prioritiesMust show the ability to complete projects with minimal supervisionPhysical Demands/Working Conditions

Mainly remote but prefer WI (ideally within 1 hr of Wauwatosa for easy access for collaboration meetings)
