Channel Marketing Manager, Wholesale

to play a critical role in enhancing our brand's visibility and performance across key wholesale partners. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing all aspects of our wholesale channel, from product listings to marketing & retailer co-marketing advertising campaigns.This position will be a member of the Marketing team under the VP of Marketing and report to the Director of Digital Marketing. They will partner closely with the Sales & Operations teams to develop, implement and optimize our growth strategy to drive lifetime value and customer engagement across the wholesale channel.Key Responsibilities:Channel Marketing Strategies:Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and targets for wholesale channels. Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.Tailor marketing plans to address the unique needs and dynamics of both physical retailers and digital retailers like iHerb, Costco, Walmart, Target, and others.Brand Representation:Ensure consistent and effective representation of the brand across all wholesale channels.Provide marketing support to ensure that the brand message is conveyed appropriately in both physical and digital retail environments. Maintain content excellence to enhance brand presence & sell-through.Oversee and optimize digital product listings, ensuring they are well-optimized for search and aligned with best practices for titles, bullets, descriptions, and back-end keywords.Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with key wholesale partners, both physical and digital, to understand their business goals, priorities, and challenges.Negotiate and coordinate joint marketing initiatives and promotions to drive mutual growth.Campaign Planning and Execution:Develop and execute marketing campaigns that are tailored to the needs of wholesale channels and aligned with our long & short term goals, including both traditional and digital marketing channels.Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Develop and manage budgets for channel marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.Analysis & Reporting:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Track and report on the overall health of the channel/business, how categories & content are performing, etcCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Sales & Operations teams to monitor inventory & implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Collaborate with the Logistics team to optimize inventory flow and efficiency.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the customer experience across the wholesale channel. Provide training & support to the sales teams to effectively promote products.Coordinate with marketing, creative, and production teams to develop compelling assets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in E-Commerce operations.Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Bonus Qualifications:Experience with Retail Advertising platforms (e.g., Target-Roundel, Walmart Connect, etc.).Experience in programmatic display and paid search management.Knowledge of the health and wellness industry.Working Conditions:This role works in a collaborative indoor office setting with desks, computers, stairs, telephones, and a copy machine.Physical Requirements:Work involves sitting most of the workday.Walking and standing required at times.Use of stairs.Typing and applying pressure with the fingers and palm required.Expressing or exchanging information by means of the spoken or written word.Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.Reading and writing in English.Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less to perform activities such as analyzing data and images and extensive reading, primarily on a computer monitor.Travel:Travel is required for offsite meetings, productions, and events.* Sports Research is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a diverse environment.**For our Career Privacy Statement please visit
