Join us at Bloom as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and drive the success of our product innovations within the supplement category. Reporting to the VP of Brand, you will leverage consumer behavior, data, and trends in the supplements category to develop and execute marketing strategies & deliverables that ensure our products' success.ResponsibilitiesConduct category analysis and provide data-informed recommendations for the product portfolio. Utilize consumer and market insights, social listening, and analytics to inform new product concepts and reformulation strategies.Define market size, scope and TAM for potential new products using relevant benchmarks, competitive analysis, and data points.Develop new product concepts, product positioning and ideate storytelling anglesCollaborate with our Product Development Manager and Ops team on formulation & flavors, conducting flavor/formula panels as needed.Prepare comprehensive launch briefs and assets, including product naming, packaging, claims, differentiation, education one sheets, sell sheets, key messaging, and positioningManage all product launches, including product architecture, go-to-market strategy, and marketing deliverables. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop tactics.Partner with e-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale teams to identify unique strategic and growth opportunities, product assortment, and exclusive products by channel.Create pitch decks, presentations and sales support materials for retailers to support product introductions and secure shelf space/retail programmingEnsure innovation planning and core products meet business objectives and deliver on financial plans/revenue targets.Maximize ROI and value by regularly assessing performance metrics, consumer feedback, and data insights.QualificationsBachelor Degree in marketing, communications, or other related field5+ years of experience in a product marketing role in CPG; preferably in supplementsStrong understanding of the evolving supplements market and consumer need statesSkilled marketer and business builder, proven ability to identify new areas of opportunityStrong presentation building skills; excellent communicator and presenterExperience creating product education materials and launch plansAbility to collaborate cross functionallyBenefits:Fun and inclusive work environment with a super collaborative teamAccess to Company Health Insurance PlanA 401(k) plan that the company matchesGenerous PTO because work-life balance is importantA brand new company laptopCompany comped ClassPass, Fitness Class ProgramAccess to all the Bloom supplements and swag so you can bloom into your best self!
