AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.
At AIRE we are proud to have an international presence with 8 established centers: NYC, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almería, and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-opened, Upper East Side and Toronto-2024- facilities.

The role:
The Jr. PR & Marketing Manager will be responsible for branding and communication efforts, ensuring the awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at a local level.
Key responsibilities:Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of AIRE brand at a local level in coordination with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns in the locations.Build and maintain corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, partnerships/sponsorshipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, content, and product development to align marketing strategies with business goalsEstablish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaignsBuild and maintain B2B relationships with journalists, partners, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and maximize exposureLead relationships with relevant hotels, the travel industry, and incentive agencies to promote salesCoordinate and Supervise Communication Agency: from brief to execution.Measure and analyze sales, PR efforts, and marketing campaigns to assess their local effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.Oversee the onsite client experience monitoring customer feedback and managing special VIP bookings for continuous service improvement.It is an exciting opportunity to join our team, and come and live the AIRE experience!
Who you are:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a PR/Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sectorStrong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and branding strategiesExhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Commercially driven: conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives.Result-focus: You can translate objectives into operational actions and the readiness to show initiative in running the activities for which you are responsibleStrong organizational skills: capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesYou have a strong network and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external contactsFlexibility to adapt to the evolving industry trends and the company's needs.Why you should join us:
