We want to add to our high-performance team and add a fresh perspective to our Marketing Executive Trainee department. We need a dedicated Marketing Executive Trainee with the same entrepreneurial heart as our founder. The Marketing Executive Trainee will learn all aspects of our business to drive sales margins and enhance our team's abilities. Starting with entry-level sales and account management, progress into training and developing roles, and transition into an office support manager. In addition, the Marketing Executive Trainee will participate in our ongoing expansion opportunities.
Daily Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive Trainee:
Interact with our clients' consumers educating them on all products, sales promotions, and brand benefits availableBecome an expert negotiator and closer to increasing company sales revenue and gaining expansion opportunitiesLearn our clients and become a master in their database to enhance sales profits.Researching the targeted markets and territories for efficiency.Accurate details and updated customer information on all accounts managed.Learn our training techniques by shadowing senior management and training our new team members effectively.Create consistency in the production of team members and develop professionalism and skill to increase team member retention.In 1 year, learn and create office organization and backend support needs such as payroll and human resources.Marketing Executive Trainee Skills / Qualifications:
