Meet the team:

Dexcom's Global Product Design (GPD) is a multi-disciplinary team of user experience designers, user interface designers, design technologists, instructional and content designers, and industrial designers who support the Dexcom product portfolio. We collaborate internally and across a variety of teams throughout the product development cycle to create meaningful, intuitive and beautiful products that make an impact on millions of people around the globe.

At Dexcom, you will transform our content delivery system by developing a comprehensive, user-friendly, regulatory compliant and environmentally responsible process. We are passionate about quality, usability and simplicity for our next generation Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) system and biosensing products. We develop products that deliver data and insights across multiple platforms. Dexcom is honored to be the recipient of over 23 international design awards for our G7 product including the iF Design Award, three Red Dot awards, and a gold IDEA. Where you come in:

You will lead the team in successfully delivering high quality content for the apps and instructional materials.You will lead the team to develop and implement a comprehensive content management system to help with designing our products content design experience.You will evolve our instructional and content strategy to deliver engaging materials across a variety of channels and mediums through printed and digital content.You lead the team in leveraging digital mediums deliver the right information at the right time to millions of customers.You are excited about developing instructional content for app-driven technology experiences, leveraging best practices and new tools such as GenAI and LLM.What makes you successful:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of industry experience.9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry.

Remote Workplace:

Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
