As the Global Content Strategy Lead, Consumer, you will shape how ResMed shows up and engages with consumers throughout their journey to better sleep. You will be responsible for generating high quality, data-informed content that is utilized to its full potential. This content will be deployed through channels and touch-points that accurately reach target segments and compel them to take action, ultimately driving business results through conversion, retention and engagement. In this role, you will lead a team of content strategists and partner broadly across the organisation on content production, deployment and measurement.

Establish global content strategy informed by audience segmentation, journey stage and readinessEvaluate content needs at all phases of the marketing funnel to ensure content is developed to attract, nurture, and convert those on the 'journey to healthy sleepLead content planning, tracking, and ROI, adjusting and optimizing development and deployment based on learningsEstablish a content knowledge hub, capturing results and learnings and applying those for future content strategies and plansEnsure content plan and individual content pieces ladder up to key strategic imperatives and have measurable impact on the businessWork with regional marketing teams to select and optimize the distribution of content so that the right content is served to the right audience segment at the right time in their journey to healthy sleepEnsure all content meets quality standards and follows SEO best practices, maintaining a consistent tone and voice across all channels.Ensure consistent brand voice across different content types, platforms and channels, always laddering up to our global brand essence, personality and visual expressionOwn consumer content editorial calendarPartner with campaign managers, digital marketing and regional marketing leads on channel strategy and deploymentPartner with campaign managers and internal creative agency on content productionPartner with operations and analytics teams on content insights and optimization as well as asset management and claims usageReport and present regularly on content effectiveness, learnings and optimization as well as forward looking content plansTop 5 required skills

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

For US based candidates, a reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

142,000.00 - 212,000.00 USD USD (Base, Annual)

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
