Lets Talk about the Role

As a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaign Marketing at ResMed, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of healthcare in the sleep, respiratory, and digital health sectors. As a cross-functional team leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and managing multi-channel end-to-end provider audience strategies throughout North America. Your analytical and creative problem-solving skills and ability to transform business and audience insights into marketing strategies will shape our most impactful campaigns and continuously improve the process along the way.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team culture and thrives in a fast-paced and performance-driven job.Collaborates and works cross-functionally to align global and regional campaign strategies, programs, and goals across the marketing team and broader organization.Crafts end-to-end customer journeys by partnering with our content and creative teams to optimize existing content and strategize new content.Provides marketing communications strategy, plans, and ongoing consulting guidance for new product introductions and sustaining campaigns.Directs creative campaigns, strategic communications platform product launches, and sustaining initiatives designed to drive specific, measurable audience behaviors.Partners with Sales and Product Marketing to optimize HCP sales enablement, focusing on the engagement pathway's key 'moments of truth'.Partners with Product Marketing and Digital teams on content strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels to support product education, demand generation and ongoing engagement for new and existing products across customer and physician journeys.Provides briefing leadership and post-brief deliverables consulting for key campaign initiatives.Defines and builds measurement plans with the Analytics team to define success drivers and growth levers by audience, channel, and specific tactic.Partners with Creative Services, Creative Operations and Digital teams to manage agencies for scale, expertise and additional bandwidth as required to meet business needs.Leads paid media engagement planning and publisher relationships for campaign initiatives.Fosters a dynamic and highly motivated team environment, encouraging innovation and excellence.Let's talk about you

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 10 years of related experience within the healthcare industryPassion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and capacity to translate business & audience insights into marketing objectives and strategies.Sharp project management, communication, and writing skills - able to bring clarity and action to keep work moving forward with many stakeholders.Breadth of depth of expertise in specific marketing disciplines, including marketing planning, product positioning & messaging development, customer experience design & B2B digital channel planningAbility to compellingly communicate a product or a brand's story, and a design sensibility to envision how content could be presented or distributed.Demonstrated understanding of diverse marketing channels: websites, email marketing campaigns/automation, video, direct mail, social media, public relations, and content creation/management.Excellent organizational, time management, and collaborative skills with the ability to project manage across multiple teams with confidence and expertise, with interactions ranging from top executives to other individual contributors across marketing.People management experience a plus

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:

$142,000 - $212,000

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
