Who are we looking for?

As a member of XiFin’s corporate marketing team, you’re a dynamic content generator and an unstoppable marketing program and campaign manager who leverages generative AI to put eyes on meaningful, relatable content up and down the marketing funnel. You work hand-in-hand with product marketing to develop and manage content and campaigns to drive demand and brand engagement across marketing channels.

You have experience generating and managing content and integrated campaigns to reach decision-makers and influencers alike. You possess heroic organizational and project management skills to create exceptional user experiences, have a keen eye for detail, and can conceptualize and write compelling content confidently. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values the opportunity to make an impact, working across departments and divisions, to build consensus and delivering upon stated objectives. You turn vision into reality to ensure that XiFin delivers compelling content across our prospect and customer journeys.

What will you do?

Manage the execution of segment and audience-specific programs and campaigns that help create awareness of and demand for XiFin solutions.Manage XiFin's expert blog program by collaborating with internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and external writers to develop, publish, and promote engaging blog content.Collaborate with product marketing, design, web, and digital marketing team members to build content for landing pages for campaigns and paid media programs to increase lead conversions.Work hand-in-hand with event marketing manager to effective promote XiFin in-person and online events to drive attendance and engagement.Orchestrate XiFin’s social media program to grow followers, promote our core pillars of innovation, expertise, and advocacy, and drive audience engagement in compelling ways.Manage content planning calendar and craft interesting, well-researched, high-quality SEO-optimized content to drive traffic, engage, and convert target prospects.Strategically utilize generative AI to create content, including eBooks, emails, white papers, case studies, reports, presentations, webinars, video scripts, social posts, and more.Stay on top of industry trends and research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, webinars, videos, reports, and articles.Manage website updates to ensure content is fresh and relevantOwn our website home page updates and content promotion calendars in collaboration with the marketing team and our web developer.Manage external agency partners and external writers.Analyze content performance and lifecycle; use data to iterate, improve, and maximize results.Identify and suggest new digital approaches, industry trends, and best practices for marketing programs and activities.Ensure that all content adheres to XiFin’s brand and communications guidelines.Manage all customer marketing communications, including webinar promotions, newsletters, regulatory announcements, product updates, etc.What education and experience do you need?

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Excellent writing and editing skills with available writing samples.5+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B setting.Expertise in leveraging generative AI to streamline content development within corporate brand and voice guidelines.Second-nature social media skills to facilitate organic (and boosted) social presence.Working knowledge HubSpot, WordPress, and SEO tools highly preferred.Strong understanding of social media engagement and analytics strategies.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $85,000 – $115,000, annualized base compensation. Please note that this range is an estimate and that the actual amount may vary based on qualifications and experience.
