Why this role matters:

The Marketing Operations team is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across Vonage. We lead campaign execution and performance to ensure marketing initiatives are built and executed, while working with campaign owners to understand the business needs and goals to drive pipeline growth within the organization. Through marketing automation, we take data and turn it into actionable campaigns. We're seeking a candidate that has a 'can-do' attitude, a problem solver and a keen eye to detail as well as technical proficiency to join our expanding Marketing Operations team. This role will be working within marketing technology on a daily basis to build and execute campaigns across the organization

Where you will work:

Flex Worker - You will have home based days, but can be required to commute to the office for collaboration, customer meetings and presentations up to 3 days a week (exact days to be agreed with your line manager).

What you will do:

Deliver the marketing automation requirements for campaigns across field, channel, alliance, content and demand generation teams (tracking, scoring, program execution, email).Utilize automation technology to automate campaign execution.Understand the full lifecycle of campaigns from ideation and execution through to reporting and work with campaign owners to understand goals.Work with key stakeholders within the region to understand business needs and work across departments to deliver marketing automation needs for the region.Build, test, launch and optimize multi-channel (email, nurture, SMS) marketing campaigns maximizing real-time triggers, segmentation and personalization to create seamless customer journeysDevelop and execute end to end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including design coordination and development.Understand campaign workload within the region and prioritize work accordingly to ensure delivery of key initiatives.Day-to-day management of Account Engagement including but not limited to automations, engagement programs, reporting, API integrations, lead management.Drive and manage email and digital marketing strategies and technology as well as understanding key metrics and reporting.Help solve key challenges, such as attribution, lead routing, lead nurture, lead scoring and data quality, ensure leads are distributed to Sales for follow-up, increasing efficiencies and conversion ratesMaintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etcTrain users, assist in creating and documenting training materialsCreate reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on a weekly/monthly basis.What you will bring:

5+ years progressive experience managing email marketing communications in an enterprise environment.3+ years experience and demonstrated expertise working with marketing automation and engagement platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, etc.) required.Proven experience launching and high visibility, high performing multi-channel campaigns.Experience building, testing and optimizing HTML emails for various clients with dynamic coding required.Understanding of digital campaigns and email marketing best practices, deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization.Technical proficiency in understanding MarTech integrations using Account Engagement (Pardot API)5+ years of experience supporting marketing and sales with a through understanding of lead to revenue processing workflowsDesirable

Bachelor's degree in related fieldDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracyAccount Engagement Certification (Pardot)Marketo or Hubspot experienceEnterprise SaaS B2B marketing experience is preferableHow you will benefit:
