JOB SUMMARY:

The role of Product Marketing Manager – Decoration & Services develops and executes marketing strategies, campaigns and offerings related to decoration and ancillary services. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of policies and pricing to ensure PCNA remains competitive in the market. This individual also builds and maintains marketing’s relationship with key stakeholders including product development, finance, engineering, operations, sales, customer service, and executives. Responsibilities include decoration and services product offerings as well as go to market planning and execution to drive aggressive sales growth leveraging our competitive advantage.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

Lead marketing activities (i.e. strategy, product definition, business cases, launches & marketing campaigns) around service offerings (e.g. Perfectly Packaged, SureShip), decoration services (e.g. digital printing, laser), samples, and ancillary revenue (e.g. run charges, set up) to drive PCNA revenueDevelop, execute and optimize end-to-end strategic campaigns, including promotions and spec samples, to drive demand for PCNA decoration offerings and ancillary servicesCreate business cases to evaluate ROI and define potential offerings and promotionsCollaborate with omnichannel team to optimize campaign components for each channel including digital, display, email, social, print, and organic SEOAnalyze campaign data, provide actionable insights to executive teams, and leverage learnings to guide future planningDevelop a keen understanding of production, fulfillment, and decoration processes and challenges to develop campaigns that drive conversionEnsure new services are launched with proper support, including proactive tools to support the sales team go-to-marketManage marketing asset updates to ensure messaging freshness and accuracyWork with Market Research Analyst to gain customer insights, needs and perception and recommend performance and campaign improvementsSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to develop business cases and ROI analysis to evaluate and substantiate product features or offeringsExperience developing marketing strategies that align with business objectives, including value proposition definition, target audience identification, positioning and messagingProficiency in defining and promoting product features, benefits or offerings, and unique selling points that speak to customer needs and drive sales growthProven track record in planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively reach and engage target audiencesAbility to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; deadline-drivenPeople management preferred; ability to collaborate cross functionally to lead, coach, and delegate requiredExceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational skillsStrong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and tacticsCustomer-centric mindset with a deep curiosity and/or understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviorsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to streamline effective marketing processes and track performance metrics.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

BS/BA in Marketing, Product Management, Business, or related field7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on marketing strategy and/or product ownershipExperience in the promotional products or printing industry a plusStrong skillset in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerpointStrong verbal, written communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience developing marketing strategies that align with business objectives, including value proposition definition, target audience identification, positioning, and messaging
