As the Associate Marketing Manager in our Direct to Consumer division, you will have the opportunity to shape paid media strategies and manage channel programs that drive new customer acquisition and improve customer retention for Jazwares featuring brands, such as Squishmallows, Hello Kitty, Pokémon, Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron and more. Entrepreneurial in feel but with the resources of an enterprise-level company, in this role you will execute insights-driven marketing campaigns to drive DTC sales. You will work with other cross-functional teams (agencies, Brand, E-commerce), as well as with partners, like Klaviyo and Attentive, to test and drive new marketing tactics.

What you will do:

In partnership with the Sr. Marketing Director, guide marketing campaigns development process (digital & direct) and help develop core marketing campaign strategies. Assist in the creation of marketing briefs and presentation materials.Coordinate creative and media agency deliverables with Sr. Marketing Director.Work closely with the Social Team to engage with fans and ideate and create content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.Collaborate on planning and development of brand assets and other marketing collateral for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and more.As guided by the Sr. Marketing Director, manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests.Develop project timelines, and track projects /escalate blockers, as needed.Manage final creative asset uploads and cross-functional routing.Liaise with Finance and Legal on invoice processing and project sign offs. Document and follow up on invoices and maintain the invoice and MAF tracker.Ensure budgets reflect the amounts billed and paid.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the DTC landscape; analyze key competitors to provide insights and drive competitive advantages.Provide Marketing Research support. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field preferred.2-5 years of digital marketing, or product brand management experience.Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods company.Experience working with DTC businesses, in retail or CPG, particularly in the toys/ baby/ child industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Proficiency in Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).Knowledge of email platforms, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.Knowledge of SMS platforms, such as Attentive.Expertise with reporting visualization tools like Tableau, Cognos, etc.Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Search, Google Shopping), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house.Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.Demonstrate curiosity, a growth mindset, and a can-do attitude.Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills and the ability to connect with senior partners.Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to organize workload, multitask, think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships across business team members.Must be a self-starter showing a high level of initiative. Familiarity with metrics such as impressions, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CVR, and CAC.Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing, and metrics-driven performance marketing.Experience with understanding and leveraging data sources, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, point of sale data, and web commerce analytics (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce).Knowledge of paid media buying platforms, such as Google Ads.Social media management experience (an understanding of platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for annual performance incentives may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, salary range may not apply to other states.
