Basic Function:

Cleaver-Brooks is looking for an energetic, creative personality to join its corporate marketing team as a Marketing Communications Specialist. This highly motivated marketer will manage and coordinate a full spectrum of marketing functions including, but not limited to: print and digital advertising, corporate communications, content creation, social media, campaigns and promotions, marketing research, trade events, and so much more.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Effectively manage the development, design, approval, production and distribution of product, solution or brand related marketing materials in partnership with product managers, solutions experts and/or other corporate communications team members.Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call-to-actions, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics.Partner closely with product management and sales on GTM strategies, content creation, internal communications, and the launch of new development, releases, and updates.Work with marketing vendors to establish quotes, production schedules and delivery of materials.Manage and monitor timely website updates, ensuring quality and effective messaging, optimizing SEO, and increasing demand generation.Assist with event coordination and the development of product/solution/brand related marketing and promotional materials for trade-shows and other sales and marketing events.Process and track assigned project invoices, ensuring proper coding to appropriate accounts and adherence to project budget.Create product/solution related lead generation/sales funnel activities through the company customer relationship management and marketing automation programsProvide support to other strategic marketing initiatives and assistance to the Director of Marketing and other team members as needed.Other duties as assigned.Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Other Skills, Experience and Requirements:

At least 5 years of marketing communications experience with customers in verticals such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, industrial/commercial, oil and gas, etc.Experience with managing multiple tasks simultaneously, well organized, project coordination and management experience a must.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that is focused on goals and metrics.High proficiency in professional writing, proofreading, and copying writing.Creative thinker with a desire to seek opportunities to constantly improve processes, and one’s own professional development.Strong verbal communication skills, public speaking experience is preferred.Strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with social media platforms in a marketing capacity (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)Experience with CRM and marketing automation programs preferred, such as Salesforce and Pardot.

Travel:

+/-25% travel to trade-shows, events, etc.
