Job Description: Systems Engineer - Lii Imaging LandscapePosition Overview: Manage and maintain the Lii Imaging systems and integrations. Ensure seamless operation of imaging processes and supporting infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management
Linux: Configure, monitor, and maintain servers.DB2: Handle database administration, including patches and performance tuning.
Middleware Support
WebSphere: Manage deployments and configurations.TSM: Administer backup and recovery processes.
Application Management
Content Manager: Support IBM Content Manager and related clients.CM On Demand/IPM: Oversee systems and customizations.Integrations: Manage DataCap, KOFAX, and Xtracta integrations.
Daily Operations
Health Checks: Perform daily system checks.Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve system issues.
Project Work
Migrations: Lead migration and upgrade projects.Software Installation: Install and configure necessary software.
Job Management
Scheduling: Set up and monitor job schedules.Job Monitoring: Ensure timely processing and delivery.
User Management
User Creation: Create new users for AIX, DB2, and FTP.Support Testing: Assist with UAT and system testing.
Troubleshooting and Documentation
Troubleshooting: Resolve issues and provide logs to teams.Documentation: Document processes and system changes.
Qualifications:Experience with Linux and DB2.Skilled in WebSphere and TSM.Knowledge of IBM Content Manager.Familiar with DataCap, KOFAX, and Xtracta.Strong problem-solving skills.Good communication for vendor and team interactions.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
